UNREAL Ex-Dairy Beef, Aged 45 Days
Back to Shropshire this week where we've been lucky enough to secure some more INSANE Holstein/Friesian Cross cattle. Having spent the last 24 months on incredibly lush pastures they've developed some AMAZING yellow fat and breath-taking marbling - simply stunning.
These older cattle are retired for at least 24 months before making their way here, developing some superb intramuscular fat (marbling) and maturing on the hoof.....they really do look absolutely awesome!
Aged for 45 days, this beef looks THE DREAM! Expect a deep, rich flavour from the dairy breed and a wonderful texture from our in-house ageing. As these look particularly awesome, don't delay ordering as they may not be there when you scroll back!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
Raised with the utmost care in the picturesque forest-rich lands of Japan, the Wagyu cattle live a completely stress-free life while they are nurtured for in a way that only the Japanese know how.
