THE bespoke of the year ❤️ Incredible Jersey x Angus from our friends in Norwich what a truly remarkable looking beast!!! Mega marbling throughout and glowing yellow fat, yet another mesmerising body of British, grass fed beef!
Reared on pasture it's entire life, this beef is exactly what we look for in our suppliers - grass fed and finished, sustainably sourced and picture perfect, as good as it gets!
Aged for 45 days, this beast is absolutely spot on! Expect a fantastic depth of flavour from the cross breed combination and a wonderful texture from our EPIC ageing facilities. Don't delay too long while you decide though, what we have is a little more limited than usual.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
Raised with the utmost care in the picturesque forest-rich lands of Japan, the Wagyu cattle live a completely stress-free life while they are nurtured for in a way that only the Japanese know how.
