Mesmerising Galician Beef, Aged for 45 Days
What a showstopper we have in store this week!
Raised in the Spanish hills on pasture as nature intended, these wonderful cattle grow slowly over time and lay wonderful intramuscular fat down, developing an incredible flavour profile that will not disappoint. The beast in question this week was 10 years old when slaughtered and a real standout when we hand selected last month!
Aged for 45 days in house, this beef looks nothing short of 10/10. Expect a superb, rich beefiness from the Rubia Gallega breed and a wonderful texture/flavour profile from being aged here at TJB HQ for over a month!
