Insanely marbled German Simm with super yellow fat from the Black Forest, this was hand selected at the start of the year for the Bespoke Page and it has not disappointed!

Aged for 50 days to improve the texture even further, expect a superb buttery taste that will not be like anything you have had before!

Simmentals are used extensively in Germany and throughout Europe for their milk production. Once their time is up they are retired on pasture to lay down fat and grow to epic proportions - retired for up to 24 months, they become something truly incredible and this is no exception.

With "wagyu-esque" marbling and an incredible fat cover, this piece is special, we cannot wait to get these out to you all!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
