Sublime Wagyu x Sussex bred by Andy and Rachel of Trenchmore Farm in Sussex.
This piece was selected by us on arrival for our Bespoke Edition due to its brilliant marbling, wonderful fat cover and super soft texture - and after 50 days it looks bloody gorgeous
Sadly we don't have the kill tag as it was on the body, someone through it during the break down by accident :( - you'll just have to take our word for it! KD 16.06.21
