Reared throughout the Basque Region on wonderful, lush pasture these particular cattle have been hand selected by us for their incredible characteristics.

Aged 55 Days, this beef looks 10/10. Expect some serious flavour from these Ex dairy breeds and a beautiful rich texture, this is beef NOT to miss!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
Raised with the utmost care in the picturesque forest-rich lands of Japan, the Wagyu cattle live a completely stress-free life while they are nurtured for in a way that only the Japanese know how. Along with the genetics of the Wagyu breed their diet plays a major role in the finished product - packed with nutrients, their diet is largely responsible for the incredible flavour of the superbly marbled meat.
