We have shown you the whole untrimmed piece in the photos. However, your Prime Rib always comes trimmed with the cap off, spine chined and back plate removed. The eye of the muscle alongside the bone is what you will receive for your steak. Simply select either 1kg or 1.2kg from the drop down menu.
We have provided all the traceability information with this piece so that you know exactly what you are buying. In the photos we have provided the processing tag but unfortunately the kill date tag fell off in transit. For reference the Kill Date was 01.03.2021.
