We wagyu-esque marbling, this Simmental looks the absolute dream. Born and raised in Italy and used initially in the dairy, this Simm has been retired on pasture for 24 months and allowed to develop marbling slowly over that time. The texture of this incredible piece is like butter, a real once in a blue moon find!
Simmentals are used extensively throughout Europe for their milk production. Once their time is up they are retired on pasture to lay down fat and grow to epic proportions - retired for up to 24 months, they become something truly incredible and this is no exception.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
