Cracking NRX body in from Scotland with super yellow fat and marbling. Aged for 60 Days in our bespoke ageing facilities, this looks insanely good. Once we trimmed back the aged side there was a bit of a gasp, how awesome does that look?!

Just like our own farm, the cattle from Scotland are completely pasture raised and only fed a natural diet that is made up of grass, haylage and silage produced on the farm - evident in the glorious fat colour.
