The Olive Fed Wagyu range is by far some of the best beef in the UK, aged for just over two months, this beef is sure to be a standout of the year. At 65 days age this is far further than our regular olive fed range so there won't be any blood plasma left, just fantastically tender and flavoursome beef!

Fed an olive based ration along with their silage, Freedown Hills couple the pasture-based methods of UK farming with traditional Wagyu farming to bring, what we believe is, the best tasting beef in the UK - it truly is unbeatable.

Not only does the olive based ration provide vitamins and minerals that are not readily available from the ground but also creates a unique buttery flavour and texture profile within the meat itself.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
