After last week's blowout edition introducing this phenomenal Swami beef, we are back with our second round, but this time we've upped the stakes (pun intended)! This particular beast scored between 10 and 12 for it's marbling, denoting the highest score that can be achieved, if you like your beef tasty then this one is for you!
Reared in Denmark on pristine, lush pasture these particular cattle are selected on their fantastic genetics to produce wonderfully tasty beef with beautiful marbling throughout. The Jersey x Holstein breed brings together the very best of "dairy" breeds to produce outstanding beef, something not to miss!
Aged 65 Days, this beef is spot on. Expect a standout flavour and a rich texture coupled with some superb tenderness from ageing this length of time

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
