Reared in Denmark on pristine, lush pasture these particular cattle are selected on their fantastic genetics to produce wonderfully tasty beef with beautiful marbling throughout. The Jersey x Holstein breed brings together the very best of "dairy" breeds to produce outstanding beef, something not to miss!
Aged 65 Days, this beef is 10/10. Expect an incredible depth of flavour and wonderfully rich texture from those mighty dairy breeds - this is one NOT TO MISS!

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
