Stunning Aberdeen Angus Cross Beast, Aged 70 Days
An absolute gem from one of our partner farms in Scotland this week, the beast is glowing! 100% grass fed and reared on pasture it's entire life, this is Angus Cross is a corker, 10/10 in our books!
Reared on pasture throughout it's life, this beast has laid down some superb marbling throughout. Couple that with it's almost fluorescent yellow complexion, this is exactly the kind of cattle we look out for at TJB, farming and animal husbandry that we truly champion here.
Aged for 70 days, the beef has taken on a fantastic level of age. Although 70 days is fairly long, it does not have a "funky" profile, expect a superb depth of flavour from the aged native breed and a tender texture profile - grass fed beef as it should be!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
