70 Day Dry-Aged Spanish Angus Porterhouse
In April we selected some incredible meat from Miguel Vergara's Spanish Angus Beef.
All Heifer's, the beef has a slightly sweeter taste and wonderful buttery texture.
With 70 days of age on these Porterhouses, we can guarantee they are going to eat unbelievably well!
