This one is for those that love the texture of sirloin and the flavour of "Bone-In" cuts - a persona favourite of mine and this is one I won't be missing out on!
We have provided all the traceability information with this piece so that you know exactly what you are buying. In the photos we have provided the processing tag but unfortunately the kill date tag fell off in transit. For reference the Kill Date was 01.03.2021.
