The UK wagyu is a Wagyu x Angus crossbreed, combining the melt in the mouth texture from Wagyu and undeniable flavour from the Angus. It also looks pretty damn awesome!
As you can see from the tags provided it has a Kill Date of 19.02.21. At the time of writing it is bang on 70 days and looks perfect - wonderful hard crust and no mould, love it!
