Beef, it's everyone's favourite right? And, the favourite of the favourite, steaks of course.
On the evening you attend we'll dive straight into how our butchery operates and why we dry-age our beef here at Thomas Joseph. After some in depth discussion, it's time to show you where it all comes from. Donning your white jackets we will display a side of beef hanging, showing you where all of our favourite cuts come from before breaking down the crown jewels - the rump, loin and rib section.
Our Butchers will demonstrate where our steaks come from with some student participation and then it will be down to you to cut, trim and tie your very own two bone rib of beef to take home!
Finally, don't forget to grab your bags filled with a few extras and stock up in the shop afterwards if you need to.
