Our Dry-Aged Galician Ribeye Steak offers an outstanding example of one of the world’s most sought-after cuts. Sourced from Rubia Gallega cattle reared in the hills of Galicia, Northern Spain, this ribeye is dry-aged in-house at TJB to concentrate its signature depth of flavour. With nothing but pure steak meat, it’s a cut that exemplifies the quality of slow-grown, pasture-raised beef.

The cattle are raised for 8–12 years on pasture, allowing the beef to develop its distinctive golden fat, intricate marbling and deep, rich flavour. Often referred to as “Spanish Wagyu” due to the consistent marbling produced through the eye of the muscle, the Galician beef boasts unctuous, golden yellow fat, denoting the length of time spent out on pasture eating natural sources of food – grasses, haylage and home-made silage.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
