This is the Porterhouse steak of the year so far. Big statement but this latest batch of aged Westholme is off the charts good!!! Aged for 40 days, the beef looks a knockout! Expect further depth from our in-house ageing and a wonderfully soft texture - the beef started to melt when we cut it earlier.
Rated as some of the finest Wagyu in the world, this grade 7 Westholme Wagyu from northern Australia is some of the best tasting beef we have had through the doors at TJB, on a par with 2GR. Reared on a pasture-based system, the team at Westholme raise these wonderful cattle with sustainability and animal welfare at the forefront, what more can we ask for?

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
Raised with the utmost care in the picturesque forest-rich lands of Japan, the Wagyu cattle live a completely stress-free life while they are nurtured for in a way that only the Japanese know how.
