The most flavoursome piece on the beast, our Brisket needs no introduction. Superb as a smoked meat over a wood fire and equally good as a pot-roast indoors over the winter months - our Brisket is big on flavour with a superb texture once fully cooked through.
Pictured here is our Untrimmed Packer Cut where all of our briskets start their journey from. For the other cuts we trim out an appropriate amount of fat but leave a little on so that you have enough to baste throughout the cook and ensure you do not have dry beef upon completion.
