What can I make with grass-fed lamb mince?

Shepherd's pie, lamb koftas, lamb burgers, moussaka, lamb ragu, meatballs, kebabs — anywhere you'd use standard lamb mince, our dry-aged version elevates the result. Also exceptional mixed 50:50 with our grass-fed beef mince and smoked bacon for a deeply savoury slow-cooked ragu.

How do I make the best shepherd's pie?

Brown the mince in batches — don't crowd the pan. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Deglaze with red wine, add lamb stock and a few sprigs of rosemary. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until rich and thick. Top with buttery mashed potato, grate over some cheese and bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes until golden. The dry-aged lamb mince makes an extraordinary difference to the depth of flavour.

How much does the pack weigh?

Each order contains 2 x 500g portions — 1kg total. Supplied vacuum-packed in individual 500g portions for easy freezing and portioning.

Where does the lamb come from?

From small, independent UK farms, including those near the Salt Marshes by Abingdon Reservoir — committed to sustainable farming and high-welfare practices. Ground in-house from dry-aged grass-fed lamb at TJB.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes — order before 11am Tuesday to Friday for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £95, otherwise £6.50.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.

Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.

Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.
