Mega Angus Beast, Aged 40 Days
Another mighty homegrown Angus this week, the marbling is off the charts! Locally sourced from Norfolk, this beast has been grass fed and ethically raised to perfection. With marbling akin to some of the best Wagyu beef we've seen at a fraction of the cost we are sure this is going to eat well.
We've had this under wraps for around 40 days and have been eagerly anticipating this first cut - it did not disappoint! A truly fantastic breed, Angus is known throughout the globe for its depth of beefy flavour coupled with a tender texture, after cutting this today where the knife almost fell through it we can confidently say that it has both of those.
This week we have a whole bodies worth so fill your boots and don't be scared to nab a few pieces!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
