Porterhouse steaks are unquestionable centrepiece steaks that truly wow at any time of the year. Well suited to thrashing over coals in the summer months or basted with butter in a cast iron skillet (if you've got one large enough), these bone in steaks take the largest cross section of fillet and sirloin on the beast for a mesmerising amount of beef to share.
Having already teamed up with Freedown Hills on a couple of little ventures, we now have a regular supply of their superb Olive Fed Wagyu Bone In Beef ageing away at TJB HQ. It really is special and compared to other wagyu that we do, pretty cost effective.
Aged in house and released only when ready, these steaks are the crème de la crème of TJB.
