We cut superb Pork and Lamb every week but when we get something very special it's always out in the counter first, well not this week!
This week we have cuts across the entire carcass on both the Organic Lambs and the Free Range Pork, both of which have live an entirely pasture based life and only eaten a natural diet of grass for the lambs and foraged based food for the pigs.
We've aged these for around 10-14 days and they look stunning, the flavour will be out of this world. At TJB we care about sustainably produced quality meat and both of these cracking animals are just that!
What we have is limited, so if you like the look of this we'd suggest ordering ASAP, before it's all gone!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
Raised with the utmost care in the picturesque forest-rich lands of Japan, the Wagyu cattle live a completely stress-free life while they are nurtured for in a way that only the Japanese know how.
