An entirely original recipe, this salami is named after the village our owner’s family hail from, which you will find about an hour north-east of Naples.

STORAGE - Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate in an airtight container & consume within seven days. Serve at room temperature.
