After your guided tour of Coxtie Green Farm, illustrating ethical and regenerative farming practices, we'll dive deep into how our Thomas Joseph Sausages came to life! After some in depth discussion about what makes a good sausage, it's time to show you how it's done. Our Butchers will demonstrate how to make your favourite sausages and then it will be down to you to season, mix and link your own!
