Finally back after 18 months! This was our fastest selling edition of 2022, and for good reason, it was insanely good!
The beef in question looks absolutely 10/10. With perfect marbling throughout, creamy yellow fat and a wonderful eye of meat, this has to be one of the best Wagyu bodies of beef we've seen this year!
The cattle are left to roam free on the lush Irish pastures and then fed a portion of chocolate each day with their additional feed, producing a wonderfully soft, tender and sweet meat. The marbling alone on this body is without question, perfect! Aged for 40 days, we think this looks magnificent!

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
