Dexter is one of our favourite breeds here, its a small but mighty beast with a unique flavour that is just brilliant. These particular cattle are crossed with a very rare Dunlouise breed, bringing a further depth of native breed flavour!
Hand selected last month from our friends at Mount Grace, the body is outstanding and a wonderful example of what grass fed farming can produce. This week we have decided to sell cuts across the carcass so are sure that there is something for everyone here, simply select what you'd like and add it to your basket.
The cattle have been roaming the lush Yorkshire pastures for the last 30 months, maturing slowly and laying down a superb fat cover and marbling - what we have available here is some of the very best UK beef we are fortunate enough to bring through our doors.

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
Raised with the utmost care in the picturesque forest-rich lands of Japan, the Wagyu cattle live a completely stress-free life while they are nurtured for in a way that only the Japanese know how.
