Stone Axe Fullblood Wagyu Farm is a leading Australian producer of premium Fullblood Japanese Black Wagyu beef. Established in the early 1990s by Chris Walker, the farm began by importing Wagyu genetics from Japan via the United States, overcoming significant regulatory challenges. Today, the company maintains a herd of over 50,000 cattle across more than 5,000 hectares in New South Wales and Western Australia.
Stone Axe's cattle are raised on high-altitude farms situated over 1,000 meters above sea level, providing a climate conducive to low-stress animal husbandry. The cattle are fed quality produce grown by Australian farmers and are free from artificial growth hormones, resulting in beef renowned for its extensive marbling and exceptional eating quality

Our team will get your order ready 24 hours before the date requested at checkout. Everything will be cut fresh, packaged with the utmost care by our team and then boxed with ice packs in our sustainable packaging, ready to be delivered Next Day.
Your order will be sent via DPD to the postal address given, on the day of delivery DPD will send you a one hour timeslot for when their driver will drop off to your location. The driver will leave safe if you are not in so the box can be left outside until you arrive back home.
Our cool boxes maintain the right ambient temperature for up to 48 hours so your box will always arrive fresh and chilled.

The Secreto is a thin fatty muscle taken from the shoulder and somewhat resembles a skirt or bavette steak. It is without question the most unctuous piece of pork we do.
