That’s why we only source grass-fed lamb from trusted farms including our own flock at Coxtie Green Farm and the salt marshes near Abingdon Reservoir in Maldon.       Every cut is 100% grass fed, pasture-raised, and dry-aged in house by our expert team to enhance tenderness and bring out the lamb’s deep, clean flavour. This level of attention to detail, from field to finish, ensures you’re getting some of the finest lamb available in the UK.
