We only source free range chicken from farms throughout the UK and France that are aligned with our ethos - ethically raised and always of the highest quality. All birds we source are truly free range from farms we trust and make up a large portion of their diet from foraging along with locally grown cereals.
Our Poulet Jaune chickens are quite simply the best in the field - a flavour and succulence that has to be tried to be understood.
